Love the City is our summer outreach initiative focused on giving back to children, families, and local businesses in Raleigh.
How you can help?
Be a part of something bigger than yourself. Your time and effort will directly impact hundreds of lives, providing essential services and spreading joy.
Do I need to sign up for the event?
Volunteers need to register for the event, but anyone can come and participate on the day of the event. All are welcome! FREE items are on a first come first serve basis.
Does my kid need to be with me to receive backpack or clothes?
Every child present at the event will receive free items as supplies last. If you have a child not present and needs supplies, we can provide the adult with one item such as a backpack while supplies last.
What to expect when I get there?
There will be a lot of activity so strollers are encouraged for little ones. We suggest getting in line for backpacks, haircuts, and clothes first, then head over for all the FREE family activities. We suggest planning on staying at the event from 11-1 pm.
